About Fred Minnick Photography

Fred Minnick is a versatile writer and photographer. He has covered and photographed business, food, health, Iraq war, media, spirits, wine and just about everything else. In 2006, Simon & Schuster included Minnick’s Iraq War writing in Blog of War: Front-Line Dispatches from Iraq and Afghanistan. He also authored Camera Boy: An Army Journalist’s War in Iraq (Hellgate Press, October 2009) and Certified Angus Beef: A Company History (Wooster Book Company for CAB, September 2010). Today, Minnick writes and photographs for national and international news organizations and corporations.

I am an international writer and photographer who has photographed everything from the Iraq war to professional sports to food. My favorite subject is food and wine. I am also the author of Camera Boy: An Army Journalist's War in Iraq (Hellgate Press).
